XTale!Asriel is one of the major characters in XTale/Underverse where he serves as XGaster's "favorite special weapon" via his Exterminator mode. He is referred to as Code I.

History

Unlike most other characters, XTale!Asriel doesn't have a large role in the series.

Timeline I

In most of his screentime, XTale!Asriel is shown in scenes of him growing up with his siblings. In his last scene, he tells his siblings not to worry and encourages them to stay determined for their freedom.

Appearance

XTale!Asriel is dressed in a long black robe. He wears a cape that is white on the outside and dark purple on the inside. He has a yellow heart locket around his neck like most other XTale characters.

Personality

XTale!Asriel is shown to be kind to people around him and loves golden flowers. However, in Underverse Season 2, he is shown to be very sadistic once XGaster takes control of him.

Abilities

XTale!Asriel is able to summon chaos sabers. Like XTale!Asgore and XTale!Toriel, he is capable of using fire magic and is also able to manipulate vines. He can not become Flowey like in Undertale but can turn into X!Flowey if XGaster decides to OVERWRITE him.

Trivia

• It is said that his first theme, Ambitions and Illusions, is inspired by Undertale!Asriel's theme, Hopes and Dreams.
