Underverse 0.6 is the second episode of Underverse Season 2, and the ninth episode of Underverse overall. It was released on November 11, 2021. Cross arrives in the Omega Timeline, and must decide his future actions regarding XGaster and his loyalties.
Summary[]
In the main universe, which was in chaos due to XGaster's creations, XMuffet and XMettaton, people begin asking Frisk why the monsters were wreaking havoc upon the city. XGaster then shows himself to Frisk, eating a burger, giving Frisk the only option to escape from the mess was to OVERWRITE. Frisk vehemently declines.
Meanwhile, Cross and Dream!Sans arrive in the Omega Timeline, finding the residents of the AUs Error!Sans destroyed there. CORE!Frisk explains to the on-edge Cross why they had interfered into Cross' business. Dream then requests Cross to calm down which only aggravates Cross further. Cross then walks away to stew by himself.
Cross ends up sitting under a tree looking around the place while Epic!Toriel strikes a conversation between them. Epic!Sans and Core!Frisk appear and starts talking about XGaster's history with them while encouraging Cross to choose his fate. Cross eventually falls asleep under the tree after they leave, and due to his overwhelming power granted by XGaster, surrounds himself in a world of his own making.
The scene then cuts to a fight scene where Cross and Dream find themselves in front of Nightmare!Sans and Killer!Sans. This starts a fight between Killer!Sans and Dream and Cross.
Cross was being consumed by Nightmare, who tries to give him negative feelings while Killer!Sans steps on Dream's head slowing increases the pressure. XGaster then makes a special appearance by taking control of Cross's body and ends up fighting Killer until he quits fighting. XGaster then leaves Cross's body.
Cross, who felt that he was responsible for his friend's death started to cry thinking it's his fault. However, Dream's positive feelings gave Cross the feeling to not give up. Cross and Dream then team up.
Nightmare who was watching the whole scene decided to take matters into his own hands by fighting them both. During the fight Cross tries to stall Nightmare while inhabitants from the Omega Timeline started to give dream positive feelings. Dream then shoots out his light arrow directly at Nightmare.
Eventually the entire place became "normal" after the big attack. Nightmare was missing half his body due to how powerful the attack was. Nightmare warns Cross that he won't succeed and that he will come back once more.
Meanwhile, XGaster decided to go to the omega timeline by taking control of cross's body and starts answering the questions asked by Core!frisk and Dream!Sans. Afterwards, Cross then leaves with Fresh to go to the Anti-Void.
The episode then ends where XGaster tells XChara to shut up and makes his hand symbols presumably referring to XUndyne and XPapyrus to go to the Undertale universe.
